Gyeongpo Lake

A brackish lagoon a few hundred metres behind the beach, circled by a flat cycling and walking path lined with cherry trees and a 1326 pavilion on the north shore.
Why it’s worth it
In early April the loop is a complete tunnel of blossom and it is nothing like as busy as Seoul. Bikes are free to hire from the lakeside stands.
